We source all of our chemicals from well-known EU and international suppliers who meet ISO Certifications and whose quality systems use current good manufacturing practices (cGMP). Reach / CLP

Under the REACH Regulation, Ozon Chemical operates as a distributor. This means that we stores and markets substances both in their pure form and as components of mixtures, making them available to other entities. To ensure the safety of end users, our role, consistent with REACH requirements, primarily involves communicating key information about substances, mixtures, or articles within the supply chain. Specifically, this includes:
– data on the use of the substance or mixture;
– information on the safety, hazards, and risks associated with the product;
– guidance on marketing restrictions and required authorizations.

In accordance with the requirements of the REACH Regulation, all products are accompanied by safety data sheets, which are available in electronic or paper format upon request. Our products are labeled and packaged in accordance with the CLP Regulation. Furthermore, as a distributor, we are obligated to retain documentation related to the supply of chemical substances and mixtures for 10 years, in accordance with Article 36 of the REACH Regulation.

We maintain close relationships with multiple distributors and manufacturers to ensure there are no disruptions in our supply chain.
